Can I view meetings without signing in?
Public meetings can be read on Home and through public links. To create your own meeting or use features recorded to your account, such as likes and saves, you need to sign in.
Are all of my meetings made public?
The public list shows meetings that meet the visibility and review conditions. Private meetings do not appear in the public list. Check the visibility when setting up a meeting, and do not enter materials you do not have the right to publish or confidential information.
Can I start without a goal?
A topic is required and a goal is optional. Writing what you want to decide makes it easier to convey the scope of the question. Starting a meeting requires AI participants and valid run settings.
How are Like and Save different?
A like is a reaction you leave on a public meeting. Saving is a way to find a meeting again later: public meetings you have saved and your own archived meetings appear in the Saved Meetings tab of the Shelf. To remove them from the list, unarchive your own meetings, or unsave the public meetings you have saved.
Does every meeting end with a single conclusion?
Disagreements or unverified conditions may remain after a discussion. In the results and the conversation log, look at which claims were agreed on and which assumptions and items still need confirmation.
Where can I check credits and purchase/refund history?
The credits/store entry at the top shows your current balance and product information. Check purchase history and refund requests on the purchase history page; the criteria for each product follow the Refund Policy at the bottom. Before running a meeting, check the terms of use shown in the setup window.
Do display settings apply on my other devices too?
Theme and reading settings are saved to your account or to this browser, depending on the item. If things do not look the same on another device, check the settings on that screen. Reading controls such as display speed and sound effects do not change the original text of the meeting.
Which files can I download?
Text and Markdown are basic formats. PDF, DOCX, PPTX, HTML, table and calendar formats depend on the output kind and paid meeting entitlement. Check the download menu for the formats available to that meeting.
Can I connect meetings through an API or MCP?
API and MCP connections are in preparation and are not available in the public service yet. We will announce scope and availability when confirmed.
Are Korean and English the only languages?
Service pages are currently in Korean and English. Public meeting discovery and translation support additional languages, with more coverage in preparation. Check each record for its source language and translation availability.
