Terms of Service
These are the Terms of Service that apply between the Company and members. The document version is mpm-2026-10-r3, and the publication date is 2026-10-01 05:35 (KST).
Please check each product's features, how it is provided, and its refund conditions. Unused products can be refunded in full within the statutory withdrawal period. For digital products whose use has actually begun, withdrawal for a mere change of mind may be restricted once the statutory requirements, such as clear notice and provision of the necessary product information, are met. Refunds of paid credits purchased in KRW can be requested only within one year of the payment date, and a fee is deducted from refunds requested after 7 days. Paid credits purchased in USD are non-refundable except where applicable law requires a refund. Credits cannot be transferred to anyone else. Lifetime access is provided while the Service is operated, and compensation when the Service ends is limited to the first 12 months after purchase (Terms, Article 8). If a minor pays without the consent of a legal guardian, the minor or the legal guardian may cancel the contract. Statutory rights regarding defects, non-provision, or performance different from the contract are not waived by this confirmation.
For this publication, the earliest applicable date for a general change is 2026-10-08 05:35 (KST) , and for a significant or unfavorable change, it is 2026-10-31 05:35 (KST) .

Article 1 (Definition of the Service and Who Generates Content)
The service the Company provides (the “Service”) is a web service in which multiple AI personas hold a meeting on a topic submitted by the user and provide the user with its conclusions and outputs.
Utterances and outputs in a meeting are actually generated by models from external AI model providers. A persona is only a role within the meeting (a perspective such as planner, developer, entrepreneur, or artist), not the model provider itself or a real expert.
AI outputs are not the Company's official views and are not professional advice such as legal, investment, or medical advice. The user must verify them personally before using them in actual decisions.
The user decides the meeting topic and the participating persona lineup. Whether intervention during the meeting is possible and the public/private choice follow the meeting settings. Free-setup meetings (meetings with no paid items) are always public and intervention is limited. For meetings with paid items, public or private can be chosen before, during, or after the meeting where the meeting settings allow it.
The Service is operated using generative artificial intelligence. As required by applicable law, the Company labels AI-generated results as such on the meeting screen, on public and embed screens, and in downloaded result files.
Article 2 (Formation of the Contract and Applicable Version)
These Terms take effect when the member checks “[Required] Agree to Terms of Service” during sign-up.
If you do not agree to the Terms, sign-up is not completed and you cannot use the Service's member features.
For new sign-ups and new purchases, the version of the Terms that was shown and agreed to at the time of sign-up or purchase applies. Changed Terms are not applied retroactively to the disadvantage of existing contracts.
This English version of the Terms applies to users who reside outside the Republic of Korea; the Korean version applies to users who reside in the Republic of Korea. If the two versions differ, the version for the user's place of residence prevails.
In these Terms, a “Business Member” is a member who pays in the name of a business (a corporation or sole proprietorship) or an institution, or who uses the Service through the API or external-tool integration features; all other members are “Individual Members.” The limitations in Article 10 apply to all users of this English version, including Business Members.
Article 3 (Account Management)
Members must keep their account information accurate, must not share their account, password, or API key (where provided) with anyone else, and must notify the Company if they learn of unauthorized use of the account.
The Company handles the email/ID used for login separately from the nickname used for public display. A nickname cannot duplicate another member's, and after an actual change it can be changed again only after 168 hours have passed.
Passwords are stored only as hashes and the originals are not kept. Session tokens are likewise kept only as hashes.
The Service has no means of verifying members' ages or restricting use by age. The Company does not collect age information.
However, the Company may exclude meetings it considers adult-oriented or unwholesome from public lists (Latest and Popular).
Article 4 (Credits, Subscription Allowance, and Funding)
Credits (Cr) are the unit used for the Service and are divided into “paid credits,” received by paying for credit packs, and “free credits,” received as activity rewards, invitation-key grants, coupons, and the like. A subscription (monthly subscription or prepaid term pass) is not a product that grants credits; it is a pass that unlocks locked items and includes a set usage allowance each month. The subscription allowance cannot be converted into credits, carried over, or transferred.
Meetings use the subscription allowance first and then credits, according to actual usage. Free credits are counted as used before paid credits, and paid credits are counted as used in the order in which they were paid for. The subscription allowance restarts every month and any remainder does not carry over. Watching an ad does not earn credits; it is used to run one selected free-setup meeting once.
Paid credits can be used for one year from the payment date, and refunds can be requested only within that period, under the criteria in Article 3 of the Refund Policy. Paid credits expire when the one-year period ends. The Company will notify you 30 days before the period ends.
Credits cannot be transferred or sold to other members.
Free credits are not refundable and, where a period of use was announced when they were granted, they expire when that period ends.
Article 5 (Payment and Content Provision Period)
The provision period of a monthly subscription is one month from the payment date, and that of a prepaid term pass is the number of months purchased, counted from the day its use begins.
Lifetime access and other individually purchased products are provided without a time limit while the Service is operated. What happens when the Service ends is governed by Article 8.
Payments are accepted through PortOne payment windows: Toss Payments (KRW), and Eximbay and PayPal (USD). Credit top-ups in KRW can be made by card or by KakaoPay, Naver Pay, PAYCO, or Toss Pay (bank transfer is not available), up to KRW 100,000 per top-up. USD payments may be subject to exchange rates and overseas payment fees set by card issuers and payment processors. Apple and Google in-app purchases are not available.
This is currently a test payment period: an approved payment may still be canceled, and any credits, passes, or items it granted may then be taken back.
If a minor purchases a paid product without the consent of a legal guardian, the minor or the legal guardian may cancel the contract. However, cancellation is not possible where the law does not allow it, such as where the minor used deception to make the Company believe that the minor was an adult or had the legal guardian's consent.
Article 6 (Subscription)
Subscriptions renew automatically every month based on the payment date. Members can request cancellation at any time; upon cancellation, use for the period already paid is kept until that period ends, and the subscription is not renewed from the next cycle.
An upgrade takes effect immediately: the remaining portion of the current tier's monthly list price (the lower of the unused-allowance ratio and the remaining-time ratio) is deducted from the new tier's price, and the difference is charged once. The next renewal follows the existing auto-renewal setting. A downgrade takes effect from the next payment date. While a prepaid term pass is in use, a term pass of another tier cannot be bought immediately.
Before changing fees or subscription terms, the Company will announce the effective date and the changes in advance. Where a recurring payment amount is increased or a free service converts to a paid recurring payment, the Company will, within 30 days before the change, notify you of the date, the prices before and after, and the payment method, obtain your consent, and inform you of the conditions, method, and effect of canceling or terminating. A subscription of a member who does not consent will not renew at the changed amount.
Separately from canceling renewal, you may request a refund of the remaining portion of a period already paid for under Article 3 of the Refund Policy.
Payments and recurring payments are currently in a test payment period. An approved payment may still be canceled, and the items it granted may then be taken back.
Article 7 (Advertising)
A rewarded ad is shown only when the user chooses to run an ad at the final start step of a free-setup meeting, and once completion is confirmed, that meeting is run once. No credits are earned.
Subscription members can also choose to run a free-setup meeting with an ad or with credits. Meetings with paid items run on the subscription allowance or purchased credits.
The Company does not send promotional information without the member's separate consent.
Article 8 (Meeting Operation, User Responsibility, and Suspension or Termination of the Service)
Users can decide the meeting topic, the participating persona lineup, and intervention messages. Before or during a meeting, if the AI considers a question unclear, it may ask the user a follow-up question, and the user's answer is handled as meeting input in the same way as an intervention message.
Users must comply with the law and enter only materials they have the right to use, and must verify the facts and rights themselves before actually using outputs. Because meeting inputs are sent to external AI providers and public meetings can be viewed by anyone, do not enter sensitive information such as national identification numbers, health information, or trade secrets.
Members must not: (1) enter or post material that violates the law or infringes others' rights; (2) post other people's personal information; (3) make public any content that promotes obscenity, hatred, or violence; (4) create or use personas or creations that impersonate real people; (5) remove AI-generated labels or distribute AI outputs while misrepresenting them as human-written; (6) call the Service or the API excessively by automated means or interfere with the operation of the Service; or (7) share, sell, or transfer an account or API key.
If the Company confirms a violation, it may make the relevant public meeting, comment, or creation private or delete it and, depending on the severity, restrict use of the Service or terminate the contract. The Company will state the reason for the action, and the member may object by writing to the Company email shown in the business information.
The Company may temporarily suspend or change all or part of the Service when operationally necessary, such as for scheduled maintenance, equipment replacement or failure, or network outages. Scheduled maintenance is announced in advance; unforeseeable outages or emergency maintenance may be announced afterward.
To end the Service entirely, the Company will announce it in the Service at least 30 days before the end date. Paid credits remaining on the end date that are less than one year past their payment date, and the remaining portion of subscriptions and prepaid term passes, are refunded under Article 3 of the Refund Policy. For lifetime access, if the Service ends within 12 months of purchase, the Company refunds the actual amount paid × (12 − months elapsed) ÷ 12 (any part of a month counts as a full month elapsed); lifetime access purchased more than 12 months before the end date is not compensated.
Article 9 (Public and Private Meetings, Deletion, and Rights)
Free-setup meetings (meetings with no paid items) are always public and cannot be made private. For meetings with paid items, the user can choose public or private before, during, or after the meeting where the meeting settings allow it.
For private meetings, a separate share-link option is provided that opens the meeting only to people who know the link.
For public meetings, an embed path that can be embedded in external sites is provided, and they can be viewed in real time while in progress.
Only where switching between public and private is permitted can a public meeting be returned to private. Unpublishing withdraws the meeting's public copy, public sharing, and embed; it does not delete the original meeting itself.
Members can permanently delete their own meetings that are not in progress. Permanent deletion deletes the meeting's utterances, progress records, attachments, and outputs, and withdraws its public copy, public sharing, and embed. Records of payment and supply of goods remain for the statutory retention period. The Company cannot delete content already displayed on external sites or copied by others.
For meetings you have made public (their inputs, outputs, and the custom items used in them) and public comments you have written, you grant the Company a free license to show them in the Service's public lists, search, keyword cloud, and embeds while they remain public. If you withdraw from membership, your private meetings are deleted, and the same license continues for meetings that remain public.
Any rights the Company may have in meeting inputs and outputs belong to the member. Because AI outputs may be generated similarly for other members, the Company does not guarantee exclusivity.
Custom presets, personas, and document templates that members register in their library go through the Company's safety check and may not be registered if they do not pass. If a creation is used in a public meeting, its content may be visible to people viewing that meeting.
The Company does not use meeting inputs or outputs to train its own AI models. Processing by external AI providers is governed by the overseas transfer article of the Privacy Policy.
Article 10 (Disclaimer of Warranties and Limitation of Liability)
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the Company's liability is limited as set out in these Terms.
The Service and all AI outputs are provided “as is” and “as available.” To the extent permitted by applicable law, the Company disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, completeness, and timeliness, and does not warrant that any particular result will be achieved. Outputs may contain hidden third-party rights issues, and you are responsible for any decision based on, use of, or provision to others of outputs, and for its consequences.
The Company is not liable for losses arising from: (1) events beyond its control, such as natural disasters, war, power outages, failures of networks, cloud services, external AI providers, or payment processors, and hacking; (2) your failure to safeguard your account, password, or API key, the materials you enter or upload, or your breach of these Terms or the law; (3) service interruptions due to scheduled maintenance announced in advance or emergency maintenance; (4) use of free features or free credits; or (5) disputes between members, or between a member and a third party, including disputes arising through public meetings or embeds (the Company has no obligation to intervene in such disputes).
You will defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the Company from any loss, liability, claim, or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of the materials you enter or upload, your use of the Service, or your breach of these Terms or the law.
The Company will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, business, goodwill, or data.
If paid credits are wrongly deducted for reasons attributable to the Company, the Company's remedy is to restore those credits. Except for refunds available under the Refund Policy, your sole and exclusive remedy for dissatisfaction with the Service is to stop using it.
The Company's total liability for all claims arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service will not exceed the greater of (a) the amounts you paid the Company in the six (6) months before the event giving rise to the claim and (b) USD 100.
Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for willful misconduct or gross negligence, or for death or personal injury caused by our negligence.
Article 11 (Governing Law and Dispute Resolution)
These Terms and your use of the Service are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea.
If a dispute arises between the Company and a member, it is first resolved by consultation. If consultation fails, the member may apply for mediation to the Electronic Document and Electronic Transaction Dispute Mediation Committee of the Korea Internet & Security Agency.
The Incheon District Court of the Republic of Korea has exclusive jurisdiction over any lawsuit arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service. To the extent permitted by applicable law, any claim must be brought within one (1) year after the cause of action arises, or it is permanently barred.
If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full force and effect.
Article 12 (Changes to the Terms)
The Company may change the Terms. General changes are announced through an in-service notice at least 7 days before the effective date, and significant or unfavorable changes at least 30 days before.
Changes already made will not be applied retroactively to the member's disadvantage for past use. For changes requiring separate consent, consent will be obtained; members who do not agree may choose to withdraw, and statutory refund rights are preserved.
Article 13 (Version and Effectiveness)
The document version of this document is mpm-2026-10-r3.
Current processing facts and corrections favorable to consumers can be explained immediately, regardless of the publication date.
