Refund Policy
A refund policy written separately by product type and contract timing. The document version is mpm-2026-10-r3, and the publication date is 2026-10-01T05:35:00+09:00.
You can view purchase history and submit exception requests on the purchase history screen.
Article 1 (Refunds for Lifetime Access)
If lifetime access has not actually been used within 7 days from when the contract information is provided, it is refunded in full upon request without further review. If actual supply occurs later, the period runs from the date of supply. Even if it is first opened months later, the start date does not restart.
After 7 days, no refund is given for a mere change of mind even if it remains unused. However, rights for periods separately set by law are left intact.
If it was actually used within 7 days, withdrawal for a mere change of mind is restricted only when the statutory notice, a lawful preview or trial (or, for products that are hard to preview, content information), and evidence of actual supply and use are all in place. Without evidence, it is not treated as used, and no burden is imposed retroactively on orders already completed.
Lifetime access is provided while the Service is operated. If the Company ends the Service within 12 months of purchase, it refunds the actual amount paid × (12 − months elapsed) ÷ 12 (any part of a month counts as a full month elapsed); lifetime access purchased more than 12 months before the Service ends is not compensated when the Service ends.
Article 2 (Statutory Rights for Defects, Non-Provision, etc.)
Defects, non-provision, performance different from the contract, duplicate payment, and the right to terminate are treated as separate statutory rights.
Under Article 17(3) of the “Act on the Consumer Protection in Electronic Commerce, Etc.,” withdrawal is possible within 30 days from the date you learned or could have learned of the fact, and within 3 months from the date of receipt; under Article 18 of the same Act, once the statutory requirements are met, the refund is made within 3 business days.
Additional confirmations or checkboxes at payment do not waive statutory rights, and this provision does not extinguish statutory rights.
If a minor pays without the consent of a legal guardian, the minor or the legal guardian may cancel the contract, and the Company will return the price of the canceled contract as provided by law. This does not apply where the law does not allow cancellation, such as where the minor used deception to make the Company believe that the minor was an adult or had the legal guardian's consent.
Article 3 (Refunds for Credit Packs and Subscriptions)
Within 7 days of the payment date, all unused paid credits are refunded without a fee.
After 7 days and within one year of the payment date, you may request a refund of unused paid credits. The Company refunds the amount after deducting a fee equal to the greater of 10% of the refund amount and KRW 1,000; if the fee equals or exceeds the refund amount, nothing is refunded. Paid credits more than one year past their payment date are not refunded. Unused paid credits are calculated per payment, following the order of use in Article 4 of the Terms.
The two paragraphs above do not apply to paid credits purchased in USD, which are non-refundable except where a refund is required by applicable law.
Free credits (credits received as activity rewards, invitation-key grants, coupons, and the like) are not refunded. Refunds are made to the payment method used.
For a monthly subscription, if none of that month's usage allowance has been used within 7 days of the payment date, it is refunded in full. Otherwise, the remaining portion is taken as the lower of the proportion of that month's included usage allowance that remains unused and the proportion of the subscription month that has not yet elapsed, and that portion is refunded.
For a prepaid term pass, first subtract from the actual amount paid the number of fully used months multiplied by the tier's monthly list price at the time the refund is calculated. Next, take the lower of the proportion of the usage allowance left unused in the current month and the proportion of that month not yet elapsed as the remaining portion, and subtract the used portion of the same monthly list price (the list price minus that remaining portion), without subtracting more than the amount left after the first step. Amounts already refunded are also subtracted, and the current month's proportion is not applied to future months that have not started.
The monthly list price depends on the tier (currently Standard KRW 13,000 / $9.49, Pro KRW 53,000 / $39, Max KRW 136,000 / $99). For example, if you bought a 12-month Standard term pass (monthly list price KRW 13,000) at 50% off for KRW 78,000, the refund immediately after 3 months of use is KRW 39,000, and after 6 months of use the refund can be KRW 0. There are no penalties or additional charges, and the refund amount never goes negative. A term pass whose use has not begun is refunded in full, minus any amount already refunded.
When a term pass is refunded or ended immediately, that pass's remaining usage allowance and future use end. Credits you hold are kept. If you only turn off auto-renewal, it is not refunded or ended immediately; it remains active until the end of the entire period already paid for.
A free-setup meeting run by watching an ad is not eligible for a refund.
If the Company ends the Service, paid credits remaining on the end date that are less than one year past their payment date are refunded without a fee, and subscriptions and prepaid term passes with time remaining are refunded for the remaining portion calculated under this Article. Lifetime access is governed by Article 1.
Article 4 (Handling of Usage Records on Refund)
At the time of refund, only the meeting history remaining at that time is considered. If a subscription period covers the use, that period is excluded; deleted meetings are not counted; and multiple AI participants and rounds within one meeting are counted together as that one meeting.
If there are only failed calls and no successful use, it is not treated as used. If it was not used within the statutory 7 days or there is no evidence of use, a full refund is given. Features whose use cannot be verified are treated as use that cannot be proven.
Article 5 (Requests When a Refund Without Review Does Not Apply)
If a refund without review does not apply or you object, you can submit a request with your reason on the purchase history screen. If you cannot use the purchase history screen, you can also submit it to the Company email shown in the business information. The purchased item and your request details and processing status appear together on the purchase history screen, and you can add information.
For lifetime access, the selected rights are withdrawn after the refund, and other separate purchases and subscriptions are left as they are.
A payment that the provider is still confirming or whose status is unknown is not treated as completed, and the original request filing date remains unchanged.
Article 6 (Refund Procedure and Period)
Refunds are requested on the purchase history screen or by Company email. The purchase history screen clearly states the contract start time and statutory exceptions.
Refunds for which the statutory requirements are met are processed within 3 business days. Refunds are made to the payment method used, and it may take time for them to be reflected depending on the card issuer's or payment processor's schedule.
While a refund is in progress, the Company may reclaim the credits subject to refund from the member's balance.
Article 7 (How to Obtain Credits and Test Payments)
This is currently a test payment period. Payments proceed as they will at launch through the Toss Payments, Eximbay, and PayPal payment windows, but an approved payment may still be canceled, and any credits, passes, or items it granted may then be taken back.
Paid credits are bought as credit packs, and free credits can be received through invitation keys, coupons, and activity rewards. Ads work by running one selected free-setup meeting once, without earning credits.
Article 8 (Version and Effectiveness)

Changes already made will not be applied retroactively to the member's disadvantage for past use.
